The process and 3 "buckets"

An Issue is created After it is created, it is considered OPEN Pella or Debbie can edit an issue Other Zicka users can add comments but they can not edit the original issue. Pella marks an issue as COMPLETE Zicka reviews the completed issues and if they agree that an issue is complete they CONFIRM it.

Each of the 3 buckets is mutually exclusive. That is, a job can only exist in one of the buckets.

NOTES

• Z_Resp: This is either Y or N. Put a "Y" in this space if Pella is waiting or needing a response from Zicka. You can search records, filtering for Y or N (Zicka's Turn).
• If you get stuck or get an error, try clicking on Open Issues   or   Completed Issues  If that doesn't work, try logging back in.
• Zicka and Deb user accounts are the same except Deb  has the ability to edit an existing issue.
• All changes are logged into the system and time-stamped.
• FYI: For security reasons a web session lasts 20 mins, so if you don't use the page for 20 mins the server will disconnect you and you will have to log back in.
• Once an issue is completed, you can not make any changes to it. A user can confirm it as complete or add comments, but not change the original information.
• On the "Add New" page, the quick fill drop down list allows you to fill subdivision, super and super's phone number in one click. If there are new subdivisions to add to this list email Steve Chrisman
