Layout/Function of the Calendar
This is an online tool to help schedule Zicka deliveries and then the follow up delivery of screens/hardware.
Only GS (Gail Stepp) can schedule a delivery.
Then SHOP (Gary Roetting), PF (Casey Schaffer), WALK (Blaine Sims) log in and provide required info/dates.
Blaine does a "delivery walk thru" DWALK at time of delivery and notes any
info into the system.
Blaine also does an "install walk thru" IWALK after install of windows.
INSTALL_S S--for schedule (Blaine Sims) goes back in and schedules the install.
INSTALL_C C--for complete (Blaine Sims) goes in and marks it as complete
Here it is step by step:
Gail picks a date for delivery of windows (at
time of LRD release date) and
enters a job number into the system.
Email goes to Deb at Zicka immediately after scheduling, letting her
know that she should pass detail info (color, etc) about the
job back to Patti.
2 days before delivery of windows, system sends
automated emails to:
A. Shop (Dave Wolf and CC to Gary Roetting) to pull required items out and send to Prefinish
(Casey Schaffer) within next 7 days
after delivery date
B. Blaine to do (2) "walk-thrus" and note if there
are any issues: 1) At time of delivery 2) After windows are installed.
When step 2A is done, Prefinish (Casey
Schaffer) is notified via email and
system automatically schedules a date for
Prefinish to start on this job (Delivery Date + 7 days).
When Prefinish (Casey Schaffer) is done, they will log into the system and note that a
prefinish job
is complete and ready to be sent to the job site. This send email to
INSTALL_S (Blaine Sims). If Prefinish is not done with the job within
14 days, an automated email
alert is sent to Tom Frey and Mike Guetle
INSTALL_S (Blaine Sims) schedules installation of screens/hardware. This sends email to
INSTALL_C (Blaine Sims).
Following installation,
INSTALL_C (Blaine Sims) will mark job as complete (with super's signature), or note any issues.
Gail can click on job number in calendar to
change a delivery date, or cancel a job.
Blaine can click on job number in calendar to change an install date.

After you login, you can view details or take action on a certain job.
