See Errors you might get when using the system.

There are three types of users for the remeasure calendar:

  1. Reps
  2. Support persons/managers
  3. Remeasure men --See info specific to the remeasure man see when they log in.

After logging into the system, you will be brought to a calendar screen like the one below. Review the details below. If you are a support person or manager (login id begins with “S”) then you need to choose which rep you are going to work with at the same time you enter the zip code.

Clicking on EDIT will take you to a form where you can enter the appropriate info for the job.

 

 


Errors


 

Any User:

1. You will get this error if you try to enter an appointment at the exact same starting time as an existing appointment.

Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80004005'

The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.
